Inspection of hot products
Do you need to measure thermally emitting products? We have solutions for products of the metallurgical, glass and building materials industries.
For the application of measurement of radiating products, we use the method of measurement in backlight, with the difference that the own radiation of the scanned body is used. A suitable combination of optics can scan the contours of a warm product and then measure the required parameters on the scanned data.
A special part of this method is thermal imaging, which allows scanning even at lower temperatures than those at which objects emit. In addition to the scanned contours, it is also possible to analyze temperature fields and combine the obtained information for an overall overview of the measured object.
Typical tasks with this method are in metallurgical and glass operations, production of building materials, welding or cutting of materials, monitoring of hot conveyors, etc.
