Inspection of glass product dimensions
Special camera modules with an add-on heat shield for working in hot environments of glassworks.
They are designed to measure dimensions of cold and hot products on production lines.
One of the applications of this kind is used for measuring glass tube diameter devices in the manufacturing process. The entire measurement takes place directly on the production line and the measured data is sent to a database for further statistical processing.
The equipment also includes SW equipment and a calibration product. Thanks to the unique measurement and calibration method, measuring accuracy can be of up to ± 0.02mm.
The shapes and the product parameters measured can be different depending on the type of production, and the solution can be customized for specific application.
