Triangulation Measurement (Laser Measurement)
Accurate measurement of 2D and 3D product parameters is essential for optimizing production processes. Our triangulation-based method provides an efficient solution for various industrial applications.
How Does It Work?
This method utilizes a light trace, typically a laser (hence the term laser measurement), which illuminates the product. The projected light spot is photographed, and its position in space is calculated based on the calibration of the camera system. This allows for precise measurement of the required parameters and verification of the product’s geometry. Measurements can be conducted under various conditions, from a static position to rotational or linear movement of the object.
Why Choose Our Laser Measurement Method?
- High Precision: We achieve an accuracy of up to ± 0.01 mm.
- Measurement Flexibility: Adaptable to different scenarios.
- Wide Range of Applications: Ideal for measuring rolled products, checking structural integrity, robot navigation, and performing 3D dimensional inspections.
